«مصر للفنادق» تنهي المرحلة الأولى من تطوير «ريتز كارلتون» النيل
أعلنت شركة مصر للفنادق عن آخر مستجدات مشروع تطوير فندق النيل ريتز كارلتون، وذلك في ضوء قرار مجلس الإدارة رقم (4) الصادر بتاريخ 29 يناير 2025 بشأن التعاقد مع مكتب “هيل إنترناشيونال” لإدارة مشروع التطوير، والذي يتم تنفيذه على أربع مراحل (E&T) و(Y&1). وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أنه تم الانتهاء من تنفيذ المرحلة الأولى من المشروع بتاريخ 17 نوفمبر 2025، وذلك بعد اعتماد مدّ فترة المرحلة الأولى وفقاً لمتطلبات التنفيذ والجداول الزمنية المعتمدة. وأضافت “مصر للفنادق” أن المشروع حالياً في مرحلة التنفيذ الثانية من مراحله المختلفة، مؤكدة استمرار العمل وفقاً للخطط الموضوعة وبما يضمن تحقيق أهداف التطوير ورفع كفاءة الفندق وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.Honda tells suppliers to cut costs in $9 billion push to fend off China: Reuters
