«مطاحن جنوب القاهرة» تعلن عن مزادات لبيع 4700 متر مربع أراضي
أعلنت شركة مطاحن ومخابز جنوب القاهرة والجيزة عن تنظيم سلسلة من المزادات العلنية لبيع بعض قطع الأراضي التابعة لها، على مساحات تصل إلى 4719 متر مربع. وكشفت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، عن الجدول الزمي للمزادات والتي جاءت كالتالي: أرض شونة حندوق (أرض فضاء) بمساحة 1403 م²، يوم 4 يناير 2026 الساعة 12 ظهرًا. أرض ومبانٍ مطحن حندوق (أرض فضاء – مطحن بحبح) بمساحة 1761 م²، يوم 5 يناير 2026 الساعة 12 ظهرًا. قطعة أخرى بمساحة 1554 م²، يوم 11 يناير 2026 الساعة 12 ظهرًا. وأشارت الشركة إلى أن هذه المزادات تأتي ضمن جهودها لتطوير أصولها وتحقيق أفضل استغلال لها بما يخدم مصالح الشركة والمساهمين. وأكدت إدارة الشركة على التزامها بالإجراءات القانونية والتنظيمية الخاصة بإجراء المزادات العلنية، بما يضمن الشفافية وتكافؤ الفرص لجميع الراغبين في المشاركة.OpenAI's latest AI revelation is a 'serious situation,' Microsoft's Suleyman tells CNBC
