«ممفيس للأدوية» تدرس شراء خطوط إنتاج جديدة باستثمارات 288 مليون جنيه
أوضحت شركة ممفيس للأدوية والصناعات الكيماوية أنها تدرس عددًا من الخطط والدراسات المتعلقة ببيع قطعة أرض مملوكة لها تبلغ مساحتها نحو 2426.95 متر مربع، إلى جانب دراسة العروض الفنية والمالية المقدمة لشراء ماكينات وخطوط إنتاج جديدة لإنتاج الأمبولات والمراهم، بإجمالي استثمارات تتجاوز 288 مليون جنيه. وأكدت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية، أن هذه الإجراءات لا تزال في إطار الخطط والدراسات، ولم يتم اتخاذ قرارات نهائية بشأنها حتى الآن، مشيرة إلى التزامها الكامل بقواعد الإفصاح المنصوص عليها في المادتين (43 مكرر) و(44) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية. وأضافت الشركة أنها ستقوم بالإفصاح عن أي تطورات جوهرية في هذا الشأن وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة للإفصاح، بما يضمن الشفافية أمام المستثمرين والمتعاملين في السوق.Demand for riskier mortgages drops, as their advantages shrink
