أعلنت شركة مينا للاستثمار السياحي والعقاري، اليوم الأربعاء عن طلب مد أجل تقديم العرض النهائي من شركة IRC بالمملكة العربية السعودية، المتقدم بخطاب نوايا لإدارة وتطوير وتشغيل نادي “مينا جاردن سيتي”، المملوك لشركة مينا للمنتجعات السياحية التابعة للشركة بنسبة 99.98%. وأوضحت الشركة في خطابها المرسل للبورصة المصرية، أن الخطاب المقدم من شركة IRC لا يمثل أي ارتباط ملزم أو عرض قطعي، وأن الأمر قابل للقبول أو الرفض بعد تقديم عرض نهائي جاد ومحدد، يتضمن جدية تعاقدية، وحصوله على موافقة مجلس إدارة الشركة المالكة للنادي. وأشارت مينا للاستثمار إلى أن تمديد المهلة يأتي لمنح الشركة السعودية الوقت الكافي لاستكمال الدراسات اللازمة قبل تقديم العرض النهائي، مؤكدةً حرصها على الشفافية تجاه المتعاملين في البورصة.Premier Lacrosse League plans to bring in team owners by 2028 'or soon thereafter,' co-founder says
