«نهر الخير» تسدد عقد إنشاء محطتين للطاقة الشمسية مع كونتكت للتأجير التمويلي
أعلنت شركة نهر الخير للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي والخدمات البيئية عن استكمال إجراءات سداد كامل قيمة عقدها مع شركة كونتكت للتأجير التمويلي والخاص بإنشاء محطتين للطاقة الشمسية، حيث بلغت قيمة السداد 10.037 مليون جنيه، لتصبح المحطتان مملوكتين بالكامل للشركة. مشروعات الطاقة النظيفة أوضحت الشركة أن المحطتين تبلغ قدرتهما الإجمالية 250 ك.وات، وتضم كل محطة 460 لوحًا للطاقة الشمسية، مشيرة إلى أن هذه الخطوة تأتي ضمن خطتها للتوسع في مشروعات الطاقة النظيفة وتعزيز الاستدامة في أنشطتها. سداد التسهيلات الائتمانية كانت الشركة قد أعلنت في وقت سابق عن سداد التسهيلات الائتمانية المستحقة عليها من البنوك المصرية بقيمة 73 مليون جنيه، وذلك وفقًا للقوائم المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2024. وأكدت أن هذا السداد يعكس التزام الإدارة بضمان تقدم الشركة والحفاظ على أموال المساهمين. تحسين الوضع المالي وأشارت الشركة إلى أن هذه الإنجازات تعكس قدرتها على الوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية وتعزيز استقرارها في السوق المصري، مؤكدة أن سداد التسهيلات يعد خطوة مهمة في تحسين الوضع المالي للشركة ومواصلة تطوير أعمالها بما يتماشى مع استراتيجيات النمو المستدام.Pre-Market Earnings Report for August 3, 2026 : MAR, TSN, CNA, ECHO, CNH, KRYS, TGTX, TWST, HESM, MMYT, AVA, SRAD
