«نهر الخير» تنهي نزاع محطة الطاقة الشمسية مع «فين ليس» بالتصالح
أعلنت شركة نهر الخير للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي والخدمات البيئية إتمام التصالح والتسوية مع الشركة المصرية للتأجير التمويلي «فين ليس» بشأن النزاع القائم حول محطة الطاقة الشمسية محل التعاقد. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن التسوية تأتي بالإشارة إلى إفصاحها السابق الصادر في 30 يوليو 2026 بشأن آخر مستجدات النزاع مع «فين ليس». وكان النزاع يتعلق بعقد التأجير التمويلي رقم 51 المؤرخ 30 أغسطس 2023، والخاص بمحطة طاقة شمسية، حيث أقامت «نهر الخير» دعوى قضائية ضد «فين ليس» برقم 2386 لسنة 2026 مدني كلي شمال القاهرة، على خلفية عدم إصلاح أعطال المحطة أو استبدالها. وفي 30 يوليو 2026، كشفت الشركة عن إحالة الدعوى إلى المحكمة الاقتصادية بالقاهرة لنظرها بجلسة 30 سبتمبر 2026. وكانت «نهر الخير» قد أوضحت في إفصاح سابق أنها لم تسدد القيمة الإيجارية المستحقة منذ بدء النزاع. ومع إعلان الشركة في 30 سبتمبر 2026 إتمام التصالح والتسوية مع «فين ليس»، انتهى النزاع المشار إليه، دون أن يتضمن الإفصاح الأخير تفاصيل بشأن بنود التسوية أو قيمتها المالية. وتأتي التسوية بالتزامن مع مواصلة «نهر الخير» تنفيذ خطتها الاستثمارية، إذ أعلنت خلال سبتمبر الجاري قيام شركتها التابعة «مجموعة الأهلي للزراعات الحديثة» بسداد قسط بقيمة نحو 19.793 مليون جنيه لصالح شركة تنمية الريف المصري الجديد، ضمن عقد خاص بمساحة 3500 فدان. كما أعلنت الشركة في وقت سابق سداد قسط بقيمة 33.6 مليون جنيه لصالح محافظة المنيا عن مساحة 3400 فدان، ليصل إجمالي المسدد إلى 129.4 مليون جنيه من إجمالي 190.5 مليون جنيه، بخلاف الفوائد.Barclays initiates coverage of RTX with an Overweight rating
