«نهر الخير» توقع عقد توريد نباتات طبية بـ 2.4 مليار جنيه لصالح «ثمار» إماراتية
أعلنت شركة نهر الخير للتنمية والاستثمار الزراعي والخدمات البيئية عن توقيع عقد بيع وتوريد محصول النباتات الطبية لصالح شركة «ثمار» ومقرها دبي، وذلك في إطار خطتها التوسعية لتعزيز الإيرادات المستقبلية. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح للبورصة المصرية، أن مدة التعاقد تمتد لخمس سنوات، بداية من موسم زراعة 2026 وحتى عام 2030، بقيمة إجمالية تبلغ نحو 2 مليار و364 مليونًا و28 ألف جنيه. وأكدت «نهر الخير» أن هذا التعاقد من المتوقع أن يسهم في تعزيز الإيرادات ودعم خطط التوسع الزراعي، فضلًا عن تحسين مؤشرات الأداء المالي للشركة خلال فترة التعاقد. وأضافت الشركة أنها ستقوم بالإفصاح عن أي مستجدات جوهرية تتعلق بتنفيذ العقد فور حدوثها، وفقًا لقواعد الإفصاح المعمول بها في البورصة المصرSupreme Court strikes down limits on political parties' campaign spending, in win for GOP
