تقدمت جيهان زكي، وزيرة الثقافة، باستقالتها، للدكتور مصطفى مدبولي، رئيس مجلس الوزراء. وأكدت جيهان زكي، أنها تحترم أحكام القضاء المصري، وتقدمت باستقالتها لترفع الحرج عن الحكومة في هذه القضية الشخصية، وستستكمل اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات القانونية المتاحة، بما فى ذلك التماس إعادة النظر في الأحكام وفقًا لما يتيحه القانون، فممارسة الحقوق القانونية لا تتعارض مع احترام الأحكام القضائية. وأعلن رئيس مجلس الوزراء قبوله استقالة وزيرة الثقافة، متوجها لها بالشكر عن جهودها المبذولة خلال الفترة الماضية، ومتمنيا لها التوفيق في مسيرتها.Crude Oil Prices Surge as Geopolitical Risks Intensify
