وزير الإسكان: زيادة الرقع العمرانية في مصر من 7% لـ14% خلال 10 سنوات
قال شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، إن مساحة مصر المعمورة كانت لا تتجاوز 7% من إجمالي مساحة الدولة، ومنذ عام 2014 وحتى 2024 تمكنت الدولة من مضاعفة المساحة المعمورة لتصل إلى 14%. وأوضح وزير الإسكان خلال حواره في برنامج الحكاية مع الإعلامي عمرو أديب على قناة mbc مصر، أن هذا الإنجاز تحقق من خلال إنشاء مدن الجيل الرابع، بإجمالي 24 مدينة ذكية ومستدامة وخضراء، من بينها العاصمة الإدارية الجديدة، ومدينة العلمين، والمنصورة الجديدة، وغيرها من مدن الجيل الرابع. وأشار الوزير إلى أن الدولة أنفقت مبالغ ضخمة على شبكات مياه الشرب والصرف الصحي، كما أنها لأول مرة تبني منطقة الأبراج المركزية، ومدن أولمبية، ومشروعات رياضية. وأكد الشربيني أن الدولة بدأت كذلك إعادة النظر في المدن التي تم إنشاؤها منذ الثمانينات، من خلال حصر الفرص الاستثمارية، ورفع كفاءة الطرق، وتنفيذ مشروعات شراكة مع القطاع الخاص.The AI race is shifting from bigger models to cheaper, smarter systems
