وزير البترول يناقش مع «شيفرون» الأمريكية تسريع ربط حقل «افروديت» القبرصي بمصر
في مستهل زيارته إلى واشنطن بالولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ، عقد كريم بدوي وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية جلسة مباحثات مع قيادات شركة شيفرون، لمتابعة التعاون الجاري والتنسيق بين فرق العمل من الجانبين لاستكمال إجراءات الاتفاقيات الفنية والتجارية الخاصة بربط مشروع حقل أفروديت القبرصي بالبنية التحتية المصرية ، بما يسرع من خطوات التنفيذ . شيفرون شارك في المباحثات باسل علام مدير شيفرون في قبرص، وعبر الفيديو كونفرانس كل من خافيير لاروزا رئيس شركة شيفرون للإستكشاف والإنتاج، وتشانا كوروكولاسوريا مدير شيفرون مصر، وكذلك سمير رسلان وكيل الوزارة للاتفاقيات والاستكشاف، ومحمد الباجوري المشرف على الإدارة المركزية للشئون القانونية بالوزارة. وأكدت المباحثات علي أهمية استمرار التنسيق مع الجانب القبرصي لدعم خطوات التنفيذ ، كما أكدت علي أهمية دور مصر المحوري كمركز إقليمي للطاقة مع التأكيد علي أهمية البنية التحتية المصرية ، بما يحقق المنفعة المتبادلة لمصر وقبرص وشركاء الاستثمار ، وقد تم الاتفاق علي عقد لقاء بين أطراف المشروع في القاهرة بنهاية مارس المقبل مع افتتاح مؤتمر ومعرض مصر الدولي للطاقة ايجبس 2026 .The likelihood of a Fed interest rate hike next week just got a lot higher
