وقف «ميداف لتداول الأوراق المالية» عن مزاولة النشاط لمدة 30 يومًا
أصدرت الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية قرارًا بوقف شركة «ميداف لتداول الأوراق المالية» عن مزاولة النشاط المرخص لها به لمدة 30 يومًا، على خلفية عدم قيام الشركة بإزالة المخالفات المنسوبة إليها والواردة في الإنذار الموجه إليها في 17 مارس 2026. وحسب بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، نص القرار رقم (4821) لسنة 2026، الصادر بتاريخ 6 سبتمبر 2026، على وقف الشركة إعمالًا لأحكام المادة (30) من قانون سوق رأس المال الصادر بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 1992، وذلك استنادًا إلى مذكرة الإدارة المركزية للإلزام المؤرخة 10 أغسطس 2026، وتوصية لجنة البت في المخالفات وتحريك الدعوى الجنائية والتصالحات. وألزمت الهيئة الشركة بإزالة المخالفات المنسوبة إليها خلال فترة الوقف، وموافاة الهيئة بما يفيد تنفيذ ذلك مؤيدًا بالمستندات. وحذرت الهيئة من أنه في حال عدم إزالة المخالفات خلال مدة الوقف، سيتم استكمال الإجراءات المنصوص عليها في المادة (30) من قانون سوق رأس المال، والتي قد تنتهي إلى إلغاء الترخيص الممنوح للشركة. ويبدأ سريان القرار اعتبارًا من اليوم التالي لتاريخ إخطار الشركة به، على أن يتم نشره على الموقع الإلكتروني للهيئة، وإخطار البورصة المصرية وشركة مصر للمقاصة والإيداع والقيد المركزي والجهات والإدارات المعنية لتنفيذه، كل فيما يخصهSpaceX is a buy as the rocket company can solve one major bottleneck, says Pivotal Research
