1.26 تريليون جنيه مبيعات أكبر 10 شركات عقارية مصرية في 2025
أعلنت شركة ذا بورد كونسالتنج للاستشارات العقارية، في تقرير صادر عنها، عن بلوغ مبيعات أكبر 10 مطورين عقاريين في السوق المصرية نحو 1.26 تريليون جنيه خلال عام 2025، بما يعكس نموًا ملحوظًا في حجم المبيعات. مجموعة طلعت مصطفى وجاءت مجموعة طلعت مصطفى القابضة في صدارة قائمة الشركات الأعلى مبيعًا، محققة نحو 382.2 مليار جنيه. شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير وجائت في المركز الثاني شركة بالم هيلز للتعمير بمبيعات بلغت 207 مليار جنيه، تلتها في المركز الثالث شركة إعمار مصر التي سجلت مبيعات بقيمة 179 مليار جنيه. شركة ماونتن فيو أما المركز الرابع فكان من نصيب شركة ماونتن فيو بمبيعات بلغت 104 مليار جنيه، تلتها شركة هايد بارك وفاوندرز بمبيعات لامست 87.3 مليار جنيه، ثم شركة مدن رأس الحكمة بحصيلة 79 مليار جنيه في المركز السادس. شركة سيتى إيدج بينما جاءت شركة سيتى إيدج في المرتبة السابعة، بمبيعات 61.3 مليار جنيه، ثم لافيستا في المركز الثامن بإجمالي 55.2 مليار جنيه. شركة مدينة مصر وجاءت شركة مدينة مصر في المركز التاسع بمبيعات قدرها 52.1 مليار جنيه، بينما حققت شركة جي ديفلوبمنت المركز العاشر بقيمة 49 مليار جنيه.Stock futures are little changed after tech sell-off drags down S&P 500: Live updates
