100 مليار جنيه تمويلات عقارية لمحدودي ومتوسطي الدخل عام 2025
سجل إجمالي التمويلات العقارية من البنوك والشركات نحو 99.5 مليار جنيه، ضمن مبادرة التمويل العقاري لمحدودي ومتوسطي الدخل حتى 31 يناير الماضي، وفقًا لتقرير صادر عن صندوق الإسكان الاجتماعي ودعم التمويل العقاري. التمويلات لمحدودي ومتوسطي الدخل وجاءت التمويلات لمحدودي الدخل بنحو 94.8 مليار جنيه، فيما بلغت التمويلات لمتوسطي الدخل نحو 4.6 مليار جنيه من البنوك والشركات. التمويلات البنكية وسجلت التمويلات البنكية لمحدودي الدخل نحو 92.4 مليار جنيه، شملت نحو 650.6 ألف عميل. أما التمويلات البنكية لمتوسطي الدخل فبلغت 4.6 مليار جنيه لعدد 12.7 ألف عميل، بنسبة 4.6% من إجمالي التمويلات. تمويلات الشركات وبالنسبة لتمويلات الشركات، فقد وصلت لمحدودي الدخل نحو 2.4 مليار جنيه، بنسبة 2.5% من إجمالي التمويلات، بينما بلغت تمويلات الشركات لمتوسطي الدخل 61.8 مليون جنيه لعدد 514 عميلًا.
