«آراب للتنمية» تتلقى عرضًا لشراء أحد أصولها بـ20 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة آراب للتنمية والاستثمار العقاري تلقيها خطابًا رسميًا من يوسف عبدالستار محمد علي الأنصاري، يُبدي فيه رغبته في التقدم بعرض شراء للمبنى المملوك للشركة والمؤجر للبنك الأهلي المصري والكائن في 9 شارع بورسعيد – شبين القناطر – محافظة القليوبية، وذلك بقيمة 20 مليون جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية، أن المبنى يُعد أصلاً من أصول الشركة، وأنه سيتم عرض العرض المقدم على أول اجتماع لمجلس الإدارة. وأكدت الشركة أنه في حال موافقة المجلس، ستبدأ في اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات والموافقات الرقابية اللازمة، مع الالتزام بأحكام المادة 43 مكرر من قواعد القيد المنظمة لعمليات التصرف في الأصول الجوهرية.Historic lawsuit sparks flurry of option activity in NY Times stock
