أبوظبي الإسلامي – مصر يرفع رأسمال شركته «أرزاق» إلى 200 مليون جنيه
أعلن مصرف أبوظبي الإسلامي – مصر أن مجلس إدارته وافق خلال اجتماعه المنعقد اليوم الأربعاء على زيادة رأسمال شركة أبوظبي الإسلامي للتمويل متناهي الصغر – أرزاق، في إطار خطط التوسع في أنشطة التمويل. وأوضح البنك، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن المجلس وافق على زيادة رأس المال المرخص به للشركة ليصل إلى 300 مليون جنيه، مع رفع رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع إلى 200 مليون جنيه. وتأتي هذه الخطوة تمهيدًا للحصول على موافقة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على تعديل غرض الشركة، بإضافة نشاط تمويل المشروعات الصغيرة والمتوسطة إلى أنشطتها، واستيفاء التراخيص اللازمة لمزاولة النشاط. وأشار المصرف إلى أن نسبة مساهمته في رأسمال شركة “أرزاق” تبلغ نحو 98%، مؤكدًا أن الإفصاح المرسل للبورصة يتضمن جميع الأحداث الجوهرية الواجب إعلانها وفقًا لأحكام قانون سوق رأس المال ولائحته التنفيذية.Germany's AfD chases historic breakthrough as Saxony-Anhalt votes
