قالت أديداس اليوم الأربعاء إنها رشحت ناصف ساويرس، عضو مجلس الإدارة، لتولي منصب رئيس مجلس الإدارة خلفًا لتوماس رابي. ويمثل القرار خطوة بارزة في هيكل الحوكمة داخل الشركة، في ظل التغيرات التي شهدتها خلال الفترة الماضية. وكانت الشركة قد مددت أيضًا عقد الرئيس التنفيذي بيورن جولدن، الذي قاد تحولًا في أداء العلامة التجارية خلال الفترة الأخيرة، في إطار جهودها لتعزيز الاستقرار الإداري واستكمال مسار إعادة الهيكلة. وواجهت شركة الملابس الرياضية استياءً ملحوظًا من المساهمين تجاه رابي خلال آخر اجتماعين سنويين، إذ أيد 64% منهم فقط إعادة انتخابه للمنصب العام الماضي. وقال عدد من المستثمرين إنه لم يركز بشكل كافٍ على أديداس بسبب مناصب تنفيذية أخرى كان يشغلها. ويعد الملياردير المصري ناصف ساويرس عضوًا في مجلس الإدارة منذ عام 2016، على أن يخضع انتخابه رئيسًا للمجلس للتصويت خلال الاجتماع السنوي العام للشركة في السابع من مايو المقبل.Iran declares new Hormuz route 'unacceptable and dangerous,' warns against ships transiting without approval
