أرباح «الجيزة للمقاولات» تقفز 97% إلى 141 مليون جنيه في 2025
كشفت نتائج أعمال شركة الجيزة العامة للمقاولات والاستثمار العقاري عن تحقيق نمو قوي في الأرباح خلال العام المالي 2025، حيث ارتفع صافي الربح المجمع بنسبة 96.9% ليصل إلى 140.950 مليون جنيه، مقابل 71.576 مليون جنيه في العام السابق، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. وأوضحت الشركة في القوائم المالية المرسلة إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أن مجمل الربح ارتفع إلى 222.267 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير إلى ديسمبر 2025، مقابل 182.947 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من عام 2024. كما ارتفعت إيرادات النشاط إلى نحو 1.133 مليار جنيه خلال نفس الفترة، مقارنة بنحو 998.222 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة ذاتها من العام السابق. في المقابل، صعدت تكلفة النشاط إلى 911.424 مليون جنيه خلال عام 2025، مقابل 815.274 مليون جنيه في 2024. وسجلت أرباح التشغيل نموًا لتصل إلى 275.556 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير إلى ديسمبر 2025، مقارنة بنحو 225.345 مليون جنيه في الفترة المناظرة من العام السابق. وبحسب النتائج، بلغ نصيب السهم في الأرباح 0.098 جنيه خلال نفس الفترة، مقابل 0.050 جنيه في الفترة المماثلة من عام 2024. وعلى صعيد الأعمال المستقلة، حققت الشركة صافي ربح بقيمة 44.559 مليون جنيه خلال عام 2025، مقابل 71.898 مليون جنيه في الفترة المقارنة من عام 2024.Child care tax breaks can save families and businesses money — but few use them, congressional report finds
