أظهرت نتائج الأعمال السنوية لمجموعة طلعت مصطفى القابضة تحقيق نمو قوي في صافي الأرباح خلال عام 2025، حيث ارتفعت بنسبة 43% لتسجل 18.2 مليار جنيه، مقارنة بالعام السابق، مدفوعة بالأداء القوي لمختلف قطاعات الشركة. وسجلت إيرادات المجموعة زيادة ملحوظة بنسبة 46% لتصل إلى نحو 62.5 مليار جنيه، بدعم رئيسي من نمو الإيرادات العقارية التي قفزت بنسبة 50% لتبلغ 36.7 مليار جنيه، إلى جانب ارتفاع إيرادات القطاع الفندقي بنسبة 30% لتصل إلى 14.89 مليار جنيه. كما شهدت إيرادات الأنشطة ذات العائد الدوري والخدمات نموًا قويًا بنسبة 64%، لتسجل 10.9 مليار جنيه بنهاية 2025، مقابل 6.66 مليار جنيه خلال عام 2024، بما يعكس توسع قاعدة الإيرادات المستدامة للمجموعة. وكشفت الشركة عن ارتفاع رصيد المبيعات غير المسلمة إلى 441 مليار جنيه بنهاية ديسمبر 2025، بزيادة 50% مقارنة بنحو 294 مليار جنيه بنهاية عام 2024، وهو ما يوفر رؤية واضحة لنمو الإيرادات المستقبلية مع تسليم تلك الوحدات خلال السنوات المقبلة. وفي سياق متصل، وافق مجلس إدارة المجموعة على توزيع كوبون نقدي للمساهمين بقيمة 30 قرشًا للسهم، على أن يتم صرفه على قسطين متساويين، الأول بحد أقصى نهاية مايو 2026، والثاني بحد أقصى نهاية يوليو 2026.How one hedge-fund manager built his firm to be powered entirely by AI agents
