«أسباير كابيتال» تُصدر صندوق استثمار بحجم مبدئي 50 مليون جنيه
قررت شركة أسباير كابيتال القابضة للاستثمارات المالية إصدار صندوق استثمار في القيم المنقولة متعدد الإصدارات. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الصندوق مخصص لمحافظ ديون مضمونة بأصول، وبحجم مبدئي يبلغ 50 مليون جنيه، مشيرة إلى أنه جارٍ استكمال إجراءات الإصدار خلال الفترة المقبلة. زيادة رأس المال وفي سياق متصل، كانت الشركة قد وافقـت في وقت سابق على زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع من 400 مليون جنيه إلى 780 مليون جنيه، بزيادة قدرها 380 مليون جنيه، موزعة على 1.9 مليار سهم بالقيمة الاسمية 20 قرشًا للسهم الواحد، يتم تمويلها نقدًا من خلال دعوة قدامى المساهمين للاكتتاب. صافي الأرباح وأظهرت نتائج أعمال الشركة تحقيق صافي ربح بلغ 23.61 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية يونيو 2025، مقابل 3.19 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة المقارنة من عام 2024، مع مراعاة حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت إيرادات أسباير كابيتال إلى 349.26 مليون جنيه خلال النصف الأول من 2025، مقارنةً بـ 200.52 مليون جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي.Brazilian Real Strength Lifts Coffee Prices
