«أسكوم» تنتهي من دراسة القيمة العادلة للاستحواذ على «أسطول للنقل البري»
أعلنت شركة أسيك للتعدين “أسكوم” عن تطورات عرض الاستحواذ المقدم على نسبة 90% من أسهم شركة أسطول للنقل البري إحدى شركات راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، وذلك في ضوء الإفصاح الصادر بتاريخ 24 يونيو 2025. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، أنه تم الانتهاء من إعداد دراسة القيمة العادلة للسهم بمعرفة المستشار المالي المستقل شركة الأعمال والاستشارات المالية “فاكت”، كما وردت عدم ممانعة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية على تقرير الدراسة المالية. وأضافت “أسكوم” أنه يجري حاليًا مراجعة تقرير الدراسة بمعرفة مراقب الحسابات، تمهيدًا لعرضه على مجلس الإدارة فور الانتهاء من أعمال المراجعة، لاتخاذ ما يلزم من قرارات في هذا الشأن وفقًا للإجراءات التنظيمية المعمول بها.Honda tells suppliers to cut costs in $9 billion push to fend off China: Reuters
