«أسماك» تبيع جزء من حصتها في «المطورون العرب» مقابل 50 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة المطورون العرب القابضة، عن قيام شركة أسماك بتقليص حصتها في رأسمال الشركة من 7.87% إلى 6.08%. وأوضحت المطورون العرب في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية الخميس، أن أسماك قامت ببيع 250 مليون سهم من أسهم الشركة بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 50 مليون جنيه، بمتوسط سعر 0.2 جنيه للسهم الواحد. وقد تولت شركة إتش سي لتداول الأوراق المالية والسندات دور السمسار المنفذ للصفقة. وبعد تنفيذ الصفقة، سجلت نسبة حصص المجموعات المرتبطة بالمساهم عبد السلام مسعود 7.64%، ليصبح إجمالي حصة المساهم ومجموعته المرتبطة 13.75% مقارنة بـ 15.52% قبل التنفيذ. ويأتي ذلك في سياق هيكل ملكية الشركة الذي يشمل رجل الأعمال أحمد طارق خليل كأكبر مساهم بنسبة 25.5%، يليه جمال عبد القادر الجارحي ومجموعته المرتبطة بنسبة 19.07%، ثم شركة أسماك ومجموعتها المرتبطة بنسبة 13.75% بعد الصفقة.Ford announces $1 billion investment at Kentucky plant following DOT criticism
