«أكت فاينانشال» تمنح عامليها أسهم بقيمة 64 مليون جنيه
أعلنت شركة أكت فاينانشال للاستشارات تنفيذ صفقة نقل ملكية على أسهمها في إطار نظام الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان البورصة المصرية، تنفيذ صفقة على أسهم الشركة المصدرة بعدد 24,212,054 سهم، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت نحو 64.16 مليون جنيه، وذلك ضمن برنامج الإثابة والتحفيز للعاملين بالشركة. ويأتي تنفيذ الصفقة في إطار السياسات التي تتبعها الشركة لتحفيز العاملين وربط الحوافز بأداء الشركة وتعزيز مشاركة الموظفين في هيكل الملكية. وفي سياق منفصل، أعلنت شركة أكت فاينانشال للاستشارات المالية، وافق بالإجماع على تعيين شركة أصول عربية للاستثمار والاستشارات المالية (OIB) كمستشار مالي مستقل، لإعداد دراسة بالقيمة العادلة للأصول المزمع شراؤها. وأوضحت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية، أن الأصول المستهدف تقييمها تشمل عدد (6) وحدات إدارية بمشروع URBN-K ضمن مشروع قطامية كريكس بمنطقة القاهرة الجديدة، وذلك تنفيذًا لأحكام المادة 44 من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية بالبورصة المصرية.Micron stock jumps 9% as soaring prices from memory crunch lead to quadrupling of revenue
