«أكت فاينانشال» توافق على صفقة تأجير تمويلي وإعادة استئجار وحدات إدارية
أعلنت شركة أكت فاينانشال للاستشارات موافقة مجلس إدارتها على إبرام عقد تأجير تمويلي بنظام البيع وإعادة الاستئجار لعدد من الوحدات الإدارية المملوكة للشركة، مع إحدى شركات التأجير التمويلي الحاصلة على ترخيص من الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن القرار صدر خلال اجتماع مجلس الإدارة المنعقد يوم الأربعاء 8 يوليو 2026، مشيرة إلى أن قيمة الصفقة لن تتجاوز 10% من إجمالي حقوق الملكية للشركة. كما وافق مجلس الإدارة على تفويض كل من باسم إبراهيم عزب إبراهيم وكريم جورج فيكتور نعمة ومصطفى أحمد عبد العزيز، بصفتهم الأعضاء المنتدبين، على أن يوقع أي اثنين منهم مجتمعين عقد التأجير التمويلي وكافة المستندات والإجراءات اللازمة لإتمام الصفقة.PepsiCo earnings miss estimates as North American consumers tighten their budgets
