«أكرو مصر» تشتري 2.16 مليون سهم من متضرري الشطب الاختياري

نفذت شركة اكرو مصر للشدات والسقالات المعدنية، اليوم الثلاثاء 3 فبراير 2026، عملية شراء أسهم المتضررين من قرار الشطب الاختياري لأسهم الشركة من البورصة المصرية. وقالت البورصة المصرية، إنه تم خلال جلسة تداول اليوم شراء 2,162,692 سهمًا من أسهم رأس مال الشركة بسعر 129.29 جنيهًا للسهم. ويأتي هذا الإجراء في إطار قرار الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة، الذي يتيح الشطب الاختياري لأسهم الشركة، بما يضمن حماية حقوق المساهمين وتمكينهم من الحصول على قيمة أسهمهم وفق السعر المحدد. وتعد هذه الخطوة جزءًا من إجراءات تنظيمية تهدف إلى ضبط تداول أسهم الشركة وتعزيز شفافية السوق، بما ينسجم مع القواعد المنظمة لعمليات الشطب الاختياري في البورصة.
