«أمان القابضة» تستحوذ على 41% في شركة تمويل استهلاكي بالسعودية
أعلنت شركة راية القابضة للاستثمارات المالية أن شركة «أمان القابضة»، إحدى الشركات التابعة لها والمملوكة بنسبة 76%، ستستحوذ على حصة تبلغ 41% في شركة جديدة للتمويل الاستهلاكي في المملكة العربية السعودية. وأوضحت راية، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم الاثنين، أنه تم الحصول على الموافقة المبدئية من البنك المركزي السعودي على تأسيس الشركة لممارسة نشاط التمويل الاستهلاكي المصغر، مشيرة إلى أن شركة «جرير للتسويق» السعودية ستستحوذ على حصة قدرها 49% من الشركة. وأضافت أن الحصة المتبقية، والبالغة 10%، ستؤول إلى شركة حمد بن عبدالله بن سليمان المنيع وشركاه، مؤكدة أن الموافقة المبدئية الصادرة عن البنك المركزي السعودي لا تُعد ترخيصًا نهائيًا أو إذنًا بممارسة النشاط التمويلي.CNBC Daily Open: 'Welcome to Foldables' Samsung roasts Apple for being late to party
