أمريكا تعلن إلغاء بعض الرسوم الجمركية بعد حكم المحكمة العليا

أصدر البيت الأبيض اليوم إعلانًا يفيد بأن إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب ستوقف تطبيق بعض الإجراءات الجمركية، وذلك عقب قرار المحكمة العليا الأمريكية أمس برفض الرسوم الجمركية الشاملة التي فرضها ترامب على سلع مستوردة بموجب قانون يتيح استخدام سلطات الطوارئ الوطنية. وأشار البيت الأبيض في الأمر التنفيذي إلى أن الرسوم الإضافية المفروضة بموجب قانون الصلاحيات الاقتصادية الطارئة الدولية لن تكون سارية المفعول بعد الآن، وسيتم عمليًا التوقف عن تحصيلها في أقرب وقت ممكن. ويأتي هذا القرار بعد حكم المحكمة العليا الذي رفض أحد أبرز ادعاءات ترامب بشأن سلطته في فرض رسوم جمركية واسعة، فيما كان من المتوقع أن تدر هذه الرسوم على مدى العقد المقبل عائدات بمليارات التريليونات على الاقتصاد الأمريكي، وهو ما كان له تأثيرات كبيرة على الاقتصاد العالمي.
