أمريكا وإيران تتفقان على وقف الضربات العسكرية واستئناف مفاوضات السلام
أفادت منصة “أكسيوس” بأن الولايات المتحدة وإيران توصلتا إلى اتفاق يقضي بوقف الضربات العسكرية قبل استئناف محادثات السلام، وذلك بعد أيام من هجمات متبادلة اختبرت هدنة هشة، في خطوة تعكس مؤشرات أولية على تراجع حدة التصعيد بين الجانبين. استمرار المفاوضات وبحسب وكالة “بلومبرج”، نقلًا عن مسؤولين أمريكيين، اتفق الطرفان على خفض العمليات العسكرية والسماح بحرية حركة السفن خلال استمرار المفاوضات، التي تحول تركيزها من البرنامج النووي الإيراني إلى ضمان إعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، الذي يمر عبره نحو خُمس تجارة النفط والغاز العالمية. ترتيبات الملاحة في مضيق هرمز وأكد الحرس الثوري الإيراني أن ترتيبات إدارة حركة الملاحة في مضيق هرمز ستظل بيد طهران وفق ما يعرف بـ”مذكرة تفاهم إسلام آباد”، محذرًا من التعامل بـ”صرامة أكبر” مع أي سفن تخالف القواعد الجديدة. نقاط الخلاف ورغم الاتفاق على خفض التصعيد، لا تزال عدة ملفات محل خلاف بين الجانبين، أبرزها فرض رسوم مرور على السفن في مضيق هرمز، إضافة إلى ملف وقف إطلاق النار بين إسرائيل ولبنان، وسط إشارات إلى احتمال فرض تكاليف مالية مستقبلية على حركة الملاحة.
