«أوبر» تستحوذ على «ديليفري هيرو» الألمانية في صفقة بـ12.7 مليار يورو
كشفت مجموعة ديليفري هيرو الألمانية المتخصصة في خدمات توصيل الطعام عن موافقتها على عرض الاستحواذ المقدم من شركة أوبر الأمريكية في صفقة تُقدر قيمتها بنحو 12.7 مليار يورو (ما يعادل 14.6 مليار دولار). ديلفيري هيرو وأوبر وبحسب الاتفاق عرضت أوبر شراء أسهم “ديليفري هيرو” مقابل 41.50 يورو للسهم الواحد، في خطوة تستهدف تعزيز حضورها في سوق خدمات التوصيل العالمية. وتأسست “ديليفري هيرو” عام 2011 وتعمل حاليًا في أكثر من 60 سوقًا حول العالم، وتعد واحدة من أكبر شركات توصيل الطعام عالميًا. كما وسعت الشركة أنشطتها خلال السنوات الأخيرة لتشمل خدمات التجارة السريعة، التي تتضمن توصيل الطرود والمنتجات الصغيرة إلى العملاء بجانب خدمات توصيل الطعام. ومن المتوقع أن يمنح الانتشار الدولي لـ”دليفري هيرو” شركة أوبر موطئ قدم أقوى في الأسواق التي تتفوق فيها وحدة وولت الأوروبية التابعة لـ”دورداش”. وكانت “دليفري هيرو” قد بدأت مراجعة استراتيجية لأعمالها بعد ضغوط من مساهمين، من بينهم صندوق التحوط “أسبيكس مانجمنت” (Aspex Management)، الذي نجح في الإطاحة بالمؤسس نيكلاس أوستبرغ، ودفع باتجاه بيع مزيد من الأصول.Hawkish Fed Chair Warsh Boosts the Dollar and Sinks Gold
