«أوراسكوم» تبدأ خدمات «أوتروفاتو» بين مصر وكينيا وتطلق المنصة الإلكترونية مطلع 2027
أعلنت أوراسكوم للاستثمار القابضة أنها تتابع حاليًا استكشاف السوق ودراسة فرص التعاون مع شركاء أعمال محتملين من خلال شركتها التابعة أو تي إل للتجارة والخدمات اللوجستية (O-Trade Logistics)، المالكة للعلامة التجارية “أوتروفاتو” (Otrovato). وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاح مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، ردًا على ما نُشر بشأن نشاط الشركة التابعة، أنها بدأت بالفعل التشغيل الجزئي لخدماتها بين مصر وكينيا، في إطار خطتها التوسعية بمجال التجارة والخدمات اللوجستية. وأضافت أن خطة العمل تتضمن إطلاق منصة التشغيل الإلكتروني للشركة خلال الربع الأول من عام 2027، وفقًا للتطورات التشغيلية وخطة التنفيذ المعتمدة. وأكدت أوراسكوم للاستثمار أنها ستقوم بالإفصاح عن أي تطورات جوهرية تتعلق بنشاط الشركة وفقًا للقواعد والضوابط المنظمة للإفصاح في البورصة المصرية.Oil rises over 1% after U.S. forces strike two Iranian rocket launchers on Larak Island
