قال عمرو جزارين، الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أوراسكوم بيراميدز للمشروعات الترفيهية، إحدى شركات رجل الأعمال نجيب ساويرس، إن الشركة تضخ 10 ملايين دولار لتطوير مرافق منطقة الأهرامات. تطوير مرافق الأهرامات وأوضح جزارين، وفقًا لـ”الشرق”، أن الاستثمار الجديد سيمول إضافات تشمل أسطولًا من 30 حافلة كهربائية متعددة المحطات مخصصة للجولات، إلى جانب إنشاء ساحة خارجية من الصلب خفيف الوزن تستوعب ما يصل إلى 15 ألف متفرج. تطوير تجربة زيارة الأهرامات وتمتلك شركة أوراسكوم بيراميدز للمشروعات الترفيهية، المعروفة أيضًا باسم “أو بي إي”، عقدًا يستمر لمدة 10 سنوات مع الحكومة لتطوير تجربة زيارة منطقة الأهرامات التي يتجاوز عمرها 4000 عام. وشهد الامتياز إطلاق خدمات جديدة بقيمة 30 مليون دولار في ربيع 2025، ما جعل الشركة واحدة من اللاعبين الرئيسيين في مسار نمو السياحة في مصر. وتحصل الحكومة على كامل عائدات بيع تذاكر الأهرامات، بينما تحصل شركة “أو بي إي” على دخل من تأجير خمسة مواقع على الهضبة لمنظمي الفعاليات، بالإضافة إلى جولات لكبار الشخصيات وصفقات الرعاية. كما تؤجر الشركة مواقع للمتاجر وتمتلك بعض المطاعم في المنطقة. وتستهدف شركة “أو بي إي” من خلال استضافة فعاليات كبرى تحقيق إيرادات تصل إلى 200 مليون جنيه، بما يعادل 4.1 مليون دولار، خلال عام 2026. وقال جزارين إن الشركة تستهدف الوصول إلى نقطة التعادل العام المقبل. الحافلات الجديدة قد يتم شراؤها من النصر لصناعة السيارات وقال عمرو جزارين إن الحافلات الجديدة قد يتم شراؤها من شركة “النصر لصناعة السيارات”.Stocks making the biggest moves premarket: PayPal, Affirm Holdings, Gap, Marvell Technology & more
