«أوراسكوم» تنتقل إلى سوق أبوظبي العالمي رسميًا
أعلنت شركة أوراسكوم كونستراكشون بي. إل. سي عن إتمام عملية نقل الشركة من مركز دبي المالي العالمي (DIFC) إلى سوق أبوظبي العالمي (ADGM)، وذلك بعد استيفاء جميع الإجراءات التنظيمية المطلوبة. وذكرت الشركة، في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء، أن عملية النقل جاءت تنفيذًا لقرارات الجمعية العامة غير العادية المنعقدة في 12 أغسطس 2025، والتي وافقت بالإجماع على نقل القيد الرئيسي لأسهم الشركة من بورصة ناسداك دبي إلى سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية (ADX)، إلى جانب نقل المقر القانوني للشركة إلى سوق أبوظبي العالمي. وأكدت أوراسكوم كونستراكشون أن بدء تداول أسهمها في سوق أبوظبي للأوراق المالية تم في 11 سبتمبر 2025، مع استمرار القيد الثانوي في البورصة المصرية (EGX) دون أي تأثير على حقوق المساهمين أو تداول الأسهم في السوق المحلية. ويأتي هذا الانتقال ضمن استراتيجية الشركة لتعزيز حضورها في الأسواق الإقليمية والعالمية، والاستفادة من البيئة الاستثمارية المتطورة التي يوفرها سوق أبوظبي العالمي، بما يعزز من قدرتها على جذب الاستثمارات وتوسيع قاعدة المستثمرين.Taylor Farms recalls iceberg lettuce in 27 states due to cyclosporiasis outbreak
