«أوراسكوم للاستثمار» تؤسس شركة تابعة لها في الصين
أعلنت شركة أوراسكوم للاستثمار القابضة عن قرارها بتأسيس شركة تابعة مملوكة بالكامل لها في الصين، وذلك رهناً بموافقة الجهات الصينية المختصة على الإسم وإتمام تسجيل الشركة. وقالت الشركة في بيان مرسل للبورصة المصرية اليوم،، إنه تقرر تفويض مروان محمد عضو مجلس الإدارة المنتدب، ووائل عادل رئيس القطاع المالي، وأسامة دانيال رئيس القطاع القانوني، لاتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية لتأسيس الشركة التابعة، بما يشمل تحديد رأس المال وهيكل الملكية واختيار الاسم، إضافة إلى استكمال جميع الإجراءات التأسيسية والإدارية اللازمة. وعلى صعيد الأداء المالي، أظهرت القوائم المالية المجمعة للشركة خسائر بلغت 806.29 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقابل 849.92 مليون جنيه خسائر خلال الفترة المقارنة من 2024، مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. كما ارتفعت إيرادات التشغيل المجمعة خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام الجاري إلى 441.41 مليون جنيه، مقابل 215.12 مليون جنيه في الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي. وبالنسبة للقوائم المالية المستقلة، سجلت الشركة تراجعاً في الخسائر إلى 100.24 مليون جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقابل 442.97 مليون جنيه خسائر خلال نفس الفترة من 2024.CNBC Daily Open: Dow hits new high and football gets political
