«أو بي المالية» ترفع رأسمال شركتها التابعة «بي تو سي» إلى 110 ملايين جنيه
أعلنت شركة أو بي المالية القابضة عن موافقة مجلس إدارتها، خلال اجتماعه المنعقد في 19 فبراير 2026، على زيادة رأس المال المصدر لشركتها التابعة «بي تو سي»، ليصل إلى 110 ملايين جنيه، مقابل رأسمال مدفوع يبلغ 30 مليون جنيه، مع رفع رأس المال المرخص به إلى مليار جنيه. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية، أن شركة «بي تو سي» مملوكة لها بنسبة 99.92%، بما يعكس توجه المجموعة لتعزيز قاعدة رأسمال الشركات التابعة ودعم خططها التوسعية خلال الفترة المقبلة. كما وافق مجلس الإدارة على اعتماد التقرير السنوي الخاص بنشاط مكافحة غسل الأموال وتمويل الإرهاب عن السنة المالية المنتهية في 31 ديسمبر 2025، في إطار التزام الشركة بتطبيق المعايير التنظيمية والرقابية وتعزيز منظومة الامتثال. ويأتي قرار زيادة رأس المال ضمن استراتيجية الشركة لدعم نمو أنشطة التمويل وتعزيز الملاءة المالية لشركاتها التابعة، بما يسهم في توسيع نطاق خدماتها وزيادة قدرتها التنافسية في السوق.
