إطلاق صندوق استثماري لدعم وإعادة هيكلة المصانع المتعثرة
وافق مجلس الوزراء للهيئة العامة للتنمية الصناعية، بناء على التوصية الصادرة عن وحدة الشركات المملوكة للدولة على تأسيس صندوق استثمار لإعادة هيكلة وتمويل المصانع المتعثرة، في شكل شركة مساهمة مصرية، في ضوء أحكام قانون سوق رأس المال الصادر بالقانون رقم 95 لسنة 1992 ولائحته التنفيذية. ويهدف الصندوق إلى المشاركة في الاستثمار بشكل مباشر في أسهم و/أو حصص الشركات المُتعثرة العاملة في قطاعات الصناعات الغذائية، والصناعات الهندسية، والصناعات الكيماوية، والمنسوجات، والملابس الجاهزة، والصناعات الدوائية، والصناعات الانشائية، وذلك وفقاً للسياسة الاستثمارية المقرر تحديدها.Lego posts record first-half revenue, CEO touts strong sales at high-end and value pricing
