«إعمار مصر» تحقق 4.3 مليار جنيه أرباح حتى سبتمبر 2025 بتراجع 58.5%
كشفت شركة إعمار مصر للتنمية عن تحقيق صافي ربح بلغ 4.29 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة من يناير حتى نهاية سبتمبر 2025، مقارنة بـ 10.34 مليار جنيه في نفس الفترة من العام الماضي، بنسبة انخفاض بلغت 58.5% مع الأخذ في الاعتبار حقوق الأقلية. ارتفاع الإيرادات وبحسب بيان الشركة للبورصة المصرية، ارتفعت إيرادات إعمار مصر إلى 14.58 مليار جنيه خلال التسعة أشهر الأولى من العام، مقابل 13.26 مليار جنيه خلال الفترة نفسها من 2024. الأداء غير المجمع وعلى مستوى القوائم غير المجمعة، سجلت الشركة أرباحًا مستقلة قدرها 4.62 مليار جنيه، مقابل 10.15 مليار جنيه خلال نفس الفترة من العام الماضي، ما يعكس تراجعًا واضحًا في الأداء التشغيلي المستقل. أنشطة ومشروعات الشركة تعد إعمار مصر للتنمية واحدة من أكبر شركات التطوير العقاري في مصر وتتبع مجموعة إعمار العقارية الإماراتية. وتعمل الشركة على تطوير مشروعات سكنية وسياحية وتجارية ضخمة، من أبرزها مراسي في الساحل الشمالي، وإعمار ميسان، وإعمار سكوير، وغيرها من المشروعات التي تستهدف فئات متنوعة من العملاء وتساهم في تنشيط السوق العقارية.Soybeans Slip Lower on Tuesday
