أكدت إعمار مصر للتنمية أنه لم يتم تعيين أي رئيس تنفيذي للشركة، مشددة على أن هذا التوضيح يأتي لإزالة أي لبس أو سوء فهم في هذا الشأن. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية اليوم الثلاثاء، أن محمد العبار يتولى مهامه بصفته العضو المنتدب للشركة، ويمارس الإشراف المباشر والكامل على جميع أعمال الشركة وعملياتها، وذلك بدعم من مجلس الإدارة والفريق التنفيذي. وأضافت الشركة أنه تم تعيين محمد عيد في منصب عضو تنفيذي بمجلس الإدارة، موضحة أن دوره الأساسي يتمثل في دعم محمد العبار ومساعدته في الإشراف على أعمال الشركة، إلى جانب المساهمة في تعزيز كفاءة العمليات ودعم تحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للشركة.Oil Prices Slide As Traders Assess Mixed Signals On US-Iran War
