«إم إن تى تيك» تتقدم بطلب لقيد أسهمها في البورصة المصرية
كشفت إدارة البورصة المصرية، عن تلقيها طلب قيد أسهم شركة إم إن تى تيك القابضة للاستثمارات المالية بالسوق الرئيسي. وأوضحت البورصة وفقا لافصاح لها، أنه تنفيذًا للمادة (20) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية يعلن قطاع القيد بالبورصة المصرية أنه بتاريخ 08/09/2026 ورد طلب قيد أسهم شركة/ ام ان تى تيك القابضة للاستثمارات المالية، بجدول قيد الأوراق المالية المصرية” أسهم” السوق الرئيسي” علمًا بأنه جارى استكمال المستندات اللازمة للعرض على لجنة القيد: وأضافت البورصة أن القيمة الإجمالية لرأس مال المصدر والمطلوب قيده 160,000,000 جنيه ، لعدد أسهم بلغ 1,600,000,000 سهم ، والقيمة الإسمية تبلغ 10 قروش. هذا ويتم نشر اعلان طلب القيد لمدة خمسة أيام عمل من تاريخه، وذلك تنفيذا لنص المادة (20) من قواعد قيد وشطب الاوراق المالية الصادر بها قرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية رقم (11) في 22/1/2014 والإجراءات التنفيذية لها وتعديلاتهما.Meta pushes into personal AI agents as company faces public reckoning over privacy and safety
