إيهاب شكري يرفع حصته في «بريميم هيلثكير» إلى 9.45% عبر صفقة بـ 92 مليون جنيه

أعلنت البورصة المصرية، اليوم، عن تنفيذ صفقة استحواذ واقتناء حصة إضافية في شركة “بريميم هيلثكير جروب” لصالح المستثمر إيهاب شكري رياض، وذلك بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 92.02 مليون جنيه مصري. وفقاً للإفصاح المرسل إلى البورصة اليوم، اشترى المستثمر 1,070,000,000 سهم (مليار و70 مليون سهم) بمتوسط سعر شراء بلغ 0.086 جنيه للسهم الواحد، حيث تم تنفيذ الصفقة بتاريخ 17 أغسطس 2026. وترتب على تنفيذ الصفقة ارتفاُع نسبة ملكية المستثمر إيهاب شكري رياض في رأسمال الشركة من 4.925% قبل التنفيذ إلى 9.453% بعد التنفيذ، ليرفع بذلك ملكيته ومجموعته المرتبطة إلى المساهمة الرئيسية بالشركة. تولت شركة التجاري الدولي للسمسرة في الأوراق المالية تنفيذ عملية الشراء وإعداده كسمسار مُنفذ للصفقة.
