أعلنت إيه كابيتال القابضة موافقة مجلس الإدارة بالإجماع على قبول الاستقالة المقدمة من محمد صلاح الدين محمد عبد الحكيم عامر، الرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب ممثل شركة Porto Consultancy DMC، مع إلغاء كافة الصلاحيات الممنوحة له بالسجل التجاري. كما وافق المجلس، خلال اجتماعه، حسب بيان مرسل إلى البورصة المصرية اليوم، على تعيين هشام بهجت محمد عبد الحميد عضوًا ممثلًا عن شركة Porto Consultancy DMC بمجلس الإدارة، خلفًا لمحمد صلاح الدين عامر. واعتمد المجلس تعيين هشام بهجت محمد عبد الحميد رئيسًا تنفيذيًا وعضوًا منتدبًا للمجموعة، مع احتفاظه بكافة الصلاحيات الممنوحة سابقًا للرئيس التنفيذي والعضو المنتدب.Trump officials split over Pope Leo’s AI warning as Vatican feud enters new front
