«إيه كابيتال» توقع اتفاقية لإنشاء مصنع أجبان وتشغيل مطاعم إيطالية في 7 أسواق
أعلنت شركة «إيه كابيتال القابضة» توقيع إحدى شركاتها التابعة، «بورتو إنترناشيونال جروب إنفستمنتس ليمتد»، اتفاقية تطوير وامتياز رئيسية مع شركة «La Burrateria»، وذلك في إطار خطتها الاستراتيجية للتوسع في قطاع الصناعات الغذائية. وأوضحت الشركة، في بيان للبورصة المصرية اليوم، أن الاتفاقية تتضمن إنشاء مصنع لإنتاج الأجبان، إلى جانب تشغيل سلسلة من المطاعم الإيطالية، بما يعزز تنوع أنشطة المجموعة ويدعم توسعها الإقليمي. وبموجب الاتفاقية، حصلت الشركة التابعة على حقوق حصرية لتطوير وتشغيل العلامة التجارية في عدد من الأسواق، تشمل مصر، والإمارات العربية المتحدة، والمملكة العربية السعودية، والكويت، وقطر، والبحرين، واليونان، وذلك لمدة 20 عامًا. وأضافت الشركة أنها ستبدأ في تنفيذ بنود الاتفاقية خلال الفترة المقبلة، عبر الشروع في إنشاء المصنع والمطاعم في أقرب وقت ممكن، مع الالتزام بالإفصاح عن أي تطورات جوهرية تتعلق بالمشروع.Why Nvidia's 'defensive move' to acquire Hugging Face is about much more than chips
