«إي فاينانس» تتقدم بعرض للاستحواذ على شركة مالية غير مصرفية
أعلنت إي فاينانس عن تقديمها عرضًا مبدئيًا غير ملزم للاستحواذ على كامل أسهم إحدى الشركات العاملة في قطاع الخدمات المالية غير المصرفية، بعد أن لاقى العرض قبولًا مبدئيًا من المساهم الرئيسي للشركة المستهدفة. وأوضحت الشركة، في إفصاحها للبورصة المصرية، أنها ستتقدم قريبًا بطلب إلى الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية للحصول على موافقتها على البدء في الفحص النافي للجهالة على الشركة المستهدفة، مؤكدة أن المضي قدمًا في الصفقة يخضع للحصول على عدة موافقات من بينها الموافقات الداخلية للشركة والبائعين، بالإضافة إلى موافقة الجهات الرقابية على تنفيذ الصفقة. وأكدت أنها ستوافي السوق بأي تطورات جوهرية في هذا الشأن، مشيرة إلى أن العملية ستستكمل بعد الانتهاء من الفحص النافي للجهالة بشكل مرضٍ والوصول إلى اتفاق نهائي بشأن عقود الصفقة.
