«الإسكان» تطرح 40 وحدة إدارية بنظام القرعة العلنية بـ 6 أكتوبر
أعلن الجهاز المركزي للتعمير التابع لوزارة الإسكان عن طرح 40 وحدة إدارية كاملة التشطيب والمرافق للبيع بنظام القرعة العلنية بأسعار تنافسية. وتتراوح المساحات من 56 إلى 81 مترًا مربعًا بالقطعة 75 جنوب الأحياء بمدينة 6 أكتوبر، على أن تُجرى القرعة بمقر الجهاز التنفيذي للمشروعات المشتركة يوم الأحد 11 يناير 2026. شروط التخصيص والسداد أوضح الجهاز أن شروط التخصيص تتضمن سداد 250 ألف جنيه كدفعة جدية الحجز، يعقبها إجراء قرعة علنية بين المتقدمين لتحديد الوحدة المخصصة لكل منتفع. وتشمل الشروط أنظمة سداد متنوعة، سواء السداد الفوري أو التقسيط بفترات تتراوح بين 3 و5 و7 سنوات وفق رغبة المواطن. كراسة الشروط ومواعيد الحجز كراسة الشروط متاحة بمقر الجهاز التنفيذي للمشروعات المشتركة بحلوان مقابل 585 جنيهًا، وذلك خلال الفترة من 21 إلى 25 ديسمبر 2025، على أن يتم سداد مبلغ جدية الحجز خلال المدة نفسها. وتتم المعاينة يوميًا بموقع المشروع في مدينة 6 أكتوبر باستثناء يوم الجمعة. وسائل التواصل والعنوان يمكن للمواطنين زيارة صفحة الجهاز التنفيذي للمشروعات المشتركة على فيسبوك للحصول على مزيد من المعلومات، أو التوجه إلى مقر الجهاز بالمجتمع السكني الجديد غرب الأوتوستراد بجوار مساكن أطلس «المشروع الأمريكي» في حلوان.The AI race is shifting from bigger models to cheaper, smarter systems
