«الإسكان» تعتمد معايير التصميم الجديد للمقابر وتطوير القائمة منها
نشرت الجريدة الرسمية “الوقائع المصرية” قرار وزارة الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية رقم 976 لسنة 2025، بشأن العمل بمعايير التخطيط والتصميم المعماري للمقابر الجديدة وتطوير المقابر القائمة. تفاصيل القرار أصدر وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية القرار بعد الاطلاع على القوانين والقرارات المنظمة لعمل الوزارة والمركز القومي لبحوث الإسكان والبناء، وعلى المذكرة المقدمة من رئيس مجلس إدارة المركز القومي لبحوث الإسكان والبناء بتاريخ 25 أغسطس 2025، الخاصة بتطبيق معايير التخطيط والتصميم المعماري للمقابر الجديدة وتطوير المقابر القائمة. المواد التنفيذية نصت المادة الأولى من القرار على العمل بمعايير التخطيط والتصميم المعماري للمقابر الجديدة وتطوير المقابر القائمة. وجاء في المادة الثانية أن يتولى المركز القومي لبحوث الإسكان والبناء العمل على نشر هذه المعايير والتعريف بها والتدريب عليها. أما المادة الثالثة فأكدت أن يُنشر القرار في الوقائع المصرية، ويُعمل به اعتبارًا من اليوم التالي لمضي ستة أشهر على تاریخ نشره، وعلى الجهات المختصة تنفيذه كل فيما يخصه. تاريخ الصدور صدر القرار في 7 سبتمبر 2025، ووقعه وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية شريف الشربيني.
