«الإسكان»: تيسيرات لسداد المستحقات المتأخرة للوحدات بمهلة 3 أشهر
وافق مجلس إدارة هيئة المجتمعات العمرانية الجديدة، في اجتماعه برئاسة شريف الشربيني، وزير الإسكان والمرافق والمجتمعات العمرانية، على منح تيسيرات لسداد المستحقات المالية المتأخرة على الوحدات السكنية والإدارية والمهنية والمحال التجارية وقطع الأراضي، بمختلف أنواعها ومساحتها، بما يشمل الوحدات السكنية والفيلات والوحدات الشاطئية المقامة بمعرفة الهيئة. الإعفاءات والغرامات وجاءت التيسيرات على النحو التالي: إعفاء بنسبة 70% من قيمة غرامات التأخير عند سداد كامل المستحقات المتأخرة. إعفاء بنسبة 50% من قيمة الغرامات عند سداد 50% من المستحقات المتأخرة. إضافة 10% إعفاء إضافي في حالة السداد خلال 30 يومًا من تاريخ الإعلان. مدة التيسيرات وشروطها أوضح الوزير أن التيسيرات ستكون متاحة لمدة ثلاثة أشهر من تاريخ الإعلان في الصحف اليومية، على أن تكون الاستفادة مرة واحدة فقط خلال المدة المحددة وفق الضوابط والشروط الواردة بالقرار، وذلك في إطار توجيهات القيادة السياسية لتيسير السداد على المواطنين والمستثمرين وتهيئة المناخ الجاذب للاستثمارات في القطاع العقاري.September surge or October offload?
