«الإسماعيلية للاستثمار» تستهدف زيادة رأس مالها بـ 2 مليار جنيه
قال كريم الشافعي رئيس مجلس إدارة شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري أن الشركة تستهدف ضم مستثمرين جدد إلى هيكل ملكيتها ضمن مساعيها لزيادة رأس مالها بنحو ملياري جنيه. شركة الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري وأضاف “الشافعي” إن شركة “الإسماعيلية للاستثمار العقاري” لديها 25 عقاراً في منطقة وسط القاهرة في الوقت الحالي. وأشار إلى أن الشركة استثمرت نحو 900 مليون جنيه منذ تأسيسها، مقدراً قيمة الشركة بما يتراوح بين 5 و6 مليارات جنيه. وأكد أن هناك إمكانية لشراء ما بين 15 و20 عقاراً خلال فترة العامين المقبلين، مشيراً إلى أن الشركة تعمل على عدد من المشروعات في الوقت الحالي باستثمارات قد تصل إلى 600 مليون جنيه منها 400 مليون جنيه من شركاء سينضمون لهذه المشروعات. وأوضح إن الشركة حولت مجموعة من العقارات إلى فنادق وشقق فندقية، وهناك عقارات أخرى في الطريق ليصل حجم النشاط الفندقي لنحو 40% من محفظة الشركة.The volatile AI trade marched higher, but oil kept Wall Street on edge last week
