«الاستثمار» تفرض رسم صادر 5 آلاف جنيه على طن نفايات وقصاصات المطاط
أعلنت وزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية فرض رسم صادر على صنف نفايات وفضلات وقصاصات من المطاط بواقع 5 آلاف جنيه للطن. ويأتي القرار في إطار تنظيم حركة تصدير هذه المنتجات ودعم توافر الخامات اللازمة للصناعات المحلية. القرار يستند إلى قوانين الاستيراد والتصدير واستند القرار رقم 346 لسنة 2026، المنشور في الجريدة الرسمية، إلى قانون الاستيراد والتصدير الصادر بالقانون رقم 18 لسنة 1975. كما استند إلى لائحة القواعد المنفذة لأحكام القانون رقم 118 لسنة 1975 بشأن الاستيراد والتصدير ونظام إجراءات وفحص ورقابة السلع المستوردة والمصدرة، والصادرة بقرار وزير التجارة والصناعة رقم 770 لسنة 2005. واستند القرار كذلك إلى قرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 258 لسنة 2024، وقرار رئيس الجمهورية رقم 75 لسنة 2026، وقرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم 2678 لسنة 2024 بشأن تنظيم وزارة الاستثمار والتجارة الخارجية. وجاء القرار بناءً على ما عرضه رئيس قطاع الاتفاقيات والتجارة الخارجية. ونصت المادة الأولى على فرض رسم صادر على صنف نفايات وفضلات وقصاصات من مطاط، من البند الجمركي (400400)، فيما عدا المساحيق والحبيبات، بواقع 5 آلاف جنيه للطن. استثناء المناطق الحرة ونصت المادة الثانية على عدم سريان الرسم على الرسائل المصدرة إلى المشروعات الإنتاجية المقامة في المناطق الحرة داخل جمهورية مصر العربية. ويكون ذلك في حدود الكميات التي توافق عليها الهيئة.Here's what the charts say about Nvidia's stock heading into earnings
