أصدر كريم بدوي، وزير البترول والثروة المعدنية، حركة تكليفات محدودة لرؤساء مجالس إدارات عدد من شركات قطاع البترول، لشغل المواقع الشاغرة نتيجة بلوغ شاغليها سن التقاعد، إلى جانب الدفع بقيادات جديدة في إطار مواصلة تطوير الأداء وتعزيز كفاءة الإدارة. كما أصدر الوزير حركة تكليفات موسعة شملت مساعدي رؤساء الشركات ومديري العموم في مجالات الاستكشاف والعقود والمهمات، بما يدعم كفاءة العمل في هذه المجالات الحيوية، ويعزز الاستفادة من الخبرات والكفاءات المتاحة داخل القطاع. وتأتي هذه التكليفات في إطار توجه وزارة البترول والثروة المعدنية نحو تجديد الدماء في المواقع القيادية، والاستثمار في الكوادر البشرية، وتمكين الكفاءات، وتعظيم الاستفادة من الخبرات المتراكمة، بما يسهم في رفع كفاءة الأداء، وتسريع تنفيذ خطط العمل، وتحقيق المستهدفات الإنتاجية والتشغيلية لشركات القطاع.Microsoft's Nadella says AI needs an ‘emergency brake’ that humans control
