تعقد لجنة السياسة النقدية بالبنك المركزي المصري الاجتماع الثامن والأخير للعام 2025 اليوم الخميس 25 ديسمبر، لبحث أسعار الفائدة على الإيداع والإقراض. قرارات الاجتماع السابق في اجتماع 20 نوفمبر، قررت اللجنة تثبيت سعري عائد الإيداع والإقراض لليلة واحدة وسعر العملية الرئيسية للبنك المركزي دون تغير عند 21.00% و22.00% و21.50%، على الترتيب. كما قررت تثبيت سعر الائتمان والخصم عند 21.50%. وفي اجتماع 2 أكتوبر، قررت اللجنة خفض سعري عائد الإيداع والإقراض لليلة واحدة وسعر العملية الرئيسية للبنك المركزي بواقع 100 نقطة أساس إلى 21.00% و22.00% و21.50%، على الترتيب. كما قررت خفض سعر الائتمان والخصم بواقع 100 نقطة أساس ليصل إلى 21.50%. قرارات أغسطس وفي اجتماع 28 أغسطس، قررت اللجنة خفض أسعار الفائدة 200 نقطة أساس، ليصل عائد الإيداع إلى 22%، والإقراض إلى 23%، وسعر العملية الرئيسية إلى 22.5%. كما تم خفض سعر الائتمان والخصم إلى 22.5%. في اجتماع 10 يوليو، ثبتت اللجنة أسعار الفائدة عند 24% للإيداع، و25% للإقراض، و24.5% للعملية الرئيسية، مع تثبيت سعر الائتمان والخصم عند 24.5%. قرارات استثنائية في 6 مارس 2024 عقد البنك اجتماعًا استثنائيًا وقرر رفع الفائدة 600 نقطة أساس لتصل إلى 27.25% للإيداع، و28.25% للإقراض، و27.75% للعملية الرئيسية، ورفع سعر الائتمان والخصم إلى 27.75%. وألغى البنك اجتماع 28 مارس 2024 مكتفيًا بالاجتماع الاستثنائي. الاحتياطي الفيدرالي كان الاحتياطي الفيدرالي الأمريكي قد خفض أسعار الفائدة 0.25% في آخر اجتماعاته.Cotton Extends Rally to Tuesday, Nearing Limit Gains
