البورصة تتلقى طلب قيد أسهم «سبارك للاستحواذ» برأسمال 10 ملايين جنيه
أعلنت البورصة المصرية تلقي طلب قيد أسهم شركة «سبارك ذات غرض الاستحواذ» (Spark for Acquisition – SPAC)، بجدول قيد الأوراق المالية المصرية «أسهم» بالسوق الرئيسي، برأسمال مصدر ومطلوب قيده يبلغ 10 ملايين جنيه. وأوضحت البورصة، في إعلان صادر اليوم، أن رأس المال موزع على مليون سهم، بقيمة اسمية تبلغ 10 جنيهات للسهم الواحد. وأضافت أن الشركة تُصنف باعتبارها شركة ذات غرض الاستحواذ (SPAC)، مشيرة إلى أنه جارٍ استكمال المستندات اللازمة لعرض طلب القيد على لجنة القيد. وأشارت إلى نشر إعلان طلب القيد لمدة خمسة أيام عمل من تاريخه، تنفيذًا للمادة (20) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية، الصادرة بقرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية رقم 11 بتاريخ 22 يناير 2014، وتعديلاته والإجراءات التنفيذية الخاصة بها.White House has asked Ambassador Kimberly Guilfoyle to resign, new Trump press secretary says
