البورصة تتلقى طلب قيد شركة مصر للسياحة بالسوق الرئيسي
أعلن قطاع القيد بالبورصة المصرية، تلقي طلب لقيد أسهم شركة مصر للسياحة بجدول قيد الأوراق المالية المصرية (أسهم) بالسوق الرئيسي، وذلك في إطار تنفيذ أحكام المادة (20) من قواعد قيد وشطب الأوراق المالية. وأوضحت البورصة في بيان صادر عنها اليوم، أن إجمالي رأس المال المصدر والمطلوب قيده يبلغ نحو 125.77 مليون جنيه، موزعًا على عدد 20.96 مليون سهم، بقيمة اسمية قدرها 6 جنيهات للسهم. وأشار إلى أن المستندات المقدمة من الشركة تخضع حاليًا للفحص والاستكمال، تمهيدًا لعرضها على لجنة القيد لاتخاذ القرار النهائي بشأن إدراج الأسهم. وأضافت البورصة أنه سيتم نشر إعلان طلب القيد لمدة خمسة أيام عمل اعتبارًا من تاريخ تقديمه، وذلك وفقًا للقواعد المنظمة الصادرة بقرار مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للرقابة المالية رقم (11) لسنة 2014 ولائحته التنفيذية وتعديلاتهما. ويأتي هذا التحرك ضمن جهود تنشيط سوق المال وزيادة عدد الشركات المقيدة، بما يعزز عمق السوق ويوفر فرصًا استثمارية جديدة للمستثمرين.Kuwait fends off Iranian attack as Trump says renewed Mideast hostilities will not last 'too long'
